Meet our lead trainer and founder
Sandra Abdelnour is an Arabic-English medical interpreter, Catalyst TOT-certified trainer, and licensed pharmacist with a reputation for raising the bar in interpretation and interpreter training. With 1000s of hours of live interpretation experience across healthcare, education, government, and international events, Sandra blends subject-matter expertise with deep cross-cultural agility.
She has partnered with leading organizations—including United Language Group, Propio, Voyce, Cloudbreak, the Irish Ministry of Health, Egypt's Ministries of Trade & Industry and Tourism, and the Wall Street Journal—delivering precise, empathetic communication that builds both trust and understanding.
As an interpretation trainer, Sandra is recognized for mentoring aspiring interpreters through results-driven training rooted in real-world scenarios, professional rigor, and personalized guidance. With 100+ hours of interpreter training, She has equipped dozens of bilingual professionals to become clear, compassionate voices for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals and global organizations—transforming careers while improving client and patient outcomes.
